Model 200 Intrinsically Safe Multi Probe WIFI Air Flow Sensor
At Wind-Probe LLC, we've done our best to create a quality high temperature air flow sensor system suitable for harsh environments such as resin curing ovens. Our Model 200 sensor system has been designed to the same standards as the Model 100 but has not been certified yet by FM Approvals.
Wind Probes Model 200 multi probe high temperature air flow instrument utilizes a new architecture than that used in the previous model 100. The first obvious difference is the output is a WIFI interface that easily connects to a PC with WIFI capability. The software is easily loaded and operates on Windows operating systems: XP, 7, Vista,8 & 10. The operator only has to click on the start button to start collecting data in the form of two plots. The Air Speed and Temperature can be plotted separately or combined in one plot by the user’s choice.
One of the most significant improvements is remote communications with more than one instrument. The easy to use software can request data from any one of up to 8 remote sensors connected in daisy chain. In other words you can buy an instrument with up to eight probes and have communications with them all through the single WIFI connection. The software will select which instrument you want to interrogate and plot that data with or without the other data present. This will have broad implications where many sensors need to be monitored with a minimum of hardware connections.
